When the bread is baked

It doesn't always happen every day but sometimes in our kitchen we feel the desire to make bread.

The bread it is one of the foods typical of our Mediterranean diet and it is a very ancient food, they already consumed it in prehistory. For the elderly, the smell of bread reminds them of childhood when bread was made at home and cooked in communal ovens. Those who were better off had an oven at home and shared it... the scent of bread could be felt throughout the neighbourhood.

Making bread at home is reminiscent of ancient crafts as if kneading and letting a loaf rise is synonymous with magic and mystery... such a wonder can be created from flour with yeast!

And waiting for it to rise makes the bread even better, nature needs its time and it's fascinating to watch him and see him grow, feel him alive...

Bread is a very rich food, it is not true that it makes you fat, it is always the quantities that make the difference, it provides energy, carbohydrates, dietary fibre, proteins, low fat, vitamins and minerals.

So consuming bread at each meal, experts say around 50 g. per day is the recommended dose, you get 7 benefits:
